2. Call 1-888-Own-Later –  Speak with a local representative that will work with you to acquire the property
3. Agree on Terms – Our local representative will work with you and the seller to reach a mutually agreeable “rent to own” agreement
4. Rent Now – Use the rental period under the agreement to prepare for purchase by improving credit, saving for closing costs or acquiring financing
5. Own Later – Purchase the home when you are prepared to acquire financing

To “Rent Now – and- Sell Later”

1. Submit Your Property – There is no fee for inserting your property into our database that will expose your home to buyers that are ready, willing and able to buy your home using the “Rent To  Own” model
2. Call 1-888-Own-Later – Speak with a local representative that will work with you to acquire a pre-screened buyer
3. Agree on Terms – Our local representative will work with you and the buyer to reach a mutually agreeable “rent to sell” agreement
4. Rent Now – Collect monthly cash during the rental period under the agreement to pay existing mortgage and to save as an investment while the buyer prepares their financing.
5. Sell Later – Sell the home when the buyer is prepared to secure financing
